Yes, each Smartflask product is 100 percent free of BPA and is made from food-grade materials.

3. What is the duration of the insulation?

Our drink containers, the insulated bottles and tumblers, maintain hot drinks up to 12 hours and cold drinks up to 24 hours.

4. How do I clean my Smartflask?

The majority of Smartflask products are hand cleanable in warm water with mild soap. There is also a bottle brush accessory, which makes cleaning your bottle easier.

5. Can I put my Smartflask in the dishwasher?

None of our products is dishwasher safe. Specific instructions must be given in the product manual.

6. What is the frequency of charging my Smartflask?

The UVC LED may last several sterilisation cycles on a full charge, depending on use, with recharge normally taking one day.

7. Is it possible to apply the UVC capability to non-liquids?

The UVC feature is water optimised. It has not been suggested in other liquids.
