Here are some of the common questions that you might also have in your mind before you make Smart Flasks a part of your life. Let’s have a look at them:

Please ensure that your address and phone number is up-to-date and you will get your desired high quality products in 1-2 days if you avail express delivery option. However, it takes the standard shipping process to take 3-4 working days to hand over the products to you.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer any such services however, if you are using PayPal for your payment method you can avail their “Buy now, Pay Later” services.

We have a firm 30-day return policy. After 30 days of purchase, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect with the item (as detailed in our warranty policy). Please utilize the website's "contact us" link to get in touch with us if you'd like to send back an unopened product; a customer care representative will go over the details with you, issue a RA number if necessary, and walk you through the return process. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. It also has to be in its original packaging.

To fulfil the transaction, verify your credit card, make an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, we need information from you. By providing this information to us, we assume that you agree to our collecting it and using it for that sole purpose.
