The UVC LED technology uses ultraviolet light to eliminate up to 99.9% of bacteria and viruses, ensuring clean and safe hydration.

Yes, all Smartflask products are 100% BPA-free and made from food-grade materials.

Our insulated bottles and tumblers keep drinks hot for up to 12 hours and cold for up to 24 hours.

Most Smartflask products can be cleaned by hand using mild soap and warm water. We also have a bottle brush accessory  to help clean your bottle more easily. 

Not all of our products are dishwasher safe. Please refer to the product manual for specific instructions.

Depending on usage, the UVC LED can last several sterilisation cycles on a full charge, typically requiring a recharge once a day.

The UVC feature is optimised for water. It is not recommended for other liquids.

No, unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping. We Ship only in Australia currently.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please check our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.
