Refund policy

At Smartflask.com.au, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange.

Smart Flask allows the customer to avail the option of returning the purchased product within a time span of 30 days of receiving the item. However certain terms, conditions, and return policies are also being applied in this process. A few abstract components of the return policy will be explained here but if your query is missing or you have faced any irregular issue then feel free to contact us through email at info@smartflask.com.au 

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, not be changed (by the customer like the customer has ordered and received one item but on the basis of its receipt and packaging claiming any other product), and not misplaced by the customer.  
  • Before sending and returning back the product make sure to contact us at info@smartflask.com.au and file a request for refunding of the product.
  • After receiving the approval of the refund of the product then send it and ship it back to the given address.
  • Meanwhile, do not send out the product randomly or to the manufacturer's location, wait until you receive an official acceptance and details on our behalf, otherwise, the customer may lose the product and won’t remain eligible to continue with the procedure of refunding.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • However, we are not responsible for the expected shipping bill of the product (the shipping bill is to be paid by the customer while sending the product back).
  • The customer needs to make sure that the refunded product is safely sealed while shipping it back along with all of the attached accessories and tags and original packaging because if any of it will be missing or got misplaced during the shipping process we hold the authority to either further accept or reject the refund process. 
  • We also hold the authority to deduct $9 from the refunded amount as service charges.
  • Items that are sold during any kind of sale are not considered to be refunded. 
  • In case during the shipping process, the product got damaged then within the limited time period the customer can apply for a refund or an exchange.
  • If the customer is stubbornly holding on for a refund or exchange of the ordered and received product then it is better for him/her to place an order of any other product, adjust the refundable bill with a newly purchased product, and safely send back the product received earlier (while paying the shipping bill).
  • The process of refunding can be completed within 14 business days.
  • The customer coming up for a refund needs to have an authentic and genuine reason to claim a refund or exchange of the product otherwise we hold the authority to decline the request for the refund claim. 
  • In case the product has not been received on the behalf of the receiver then the product will be sent back to the courier company office, the customer can not claim the refund yet but if the customer is willing then within a limited time frame he/she needs to contact the courier company and then either receive the product or receive the product and continue with the claim of refunding. 
  • If the customer has received the wrong product then we are willing to collect the order free of cost, and we will also pay the shipping bill for the replaced product.
